How to get better erections? How does lifestyle help?

In my practise I see people of all ages complaining of having weak erections, from the young man to the older person, no age is off limit.

Before even thinking of asking for a medication, check what improvements you could make in your lifestyle :

  • Sleep : Do you sleep enough ? Don’t you sleep too late ? How rested do you feel in the morning ?
  • Stress management : Are you currently experiencing stressful moments (personally, professionally …) ? What did you put in place to manage that stress ?
  • Diet : Is your diet balanced ? Are you  mostly eating processed food
  • Habits : Do you smoke or use drug ? How much alcohol do you drink ?
  • Physical activities : Are you sedentary ? Do you work out ? Is resistance training part of your training program ?

Improving those aspects of your life will definitely have major impacts on your sexlife.

That said, in case of erectile dysfunction (ED) it is necessary to see a urologist and have your medical history checked to rule out any other risk factors for ED.
